- Plan & strategize to retain existing retailers, brands etc.
- Achieve revenue targets through leasing of commercial units to corporate retail clients
- Business Development activities for sourcing of new prospective clients
- Manage the entire leasing process for clients
- Prospect for new clients through Business development activities
- Understand requirements & proposing appropriate properties
- Conducting site visits/inspections of the proposed properties with the prospective client(buyer)
- Planning and implementing channel partner module, for better market penetration & brand visibility.
- Monitor & achieve budgeted revenue numbers.
